Description:An 11-foot-high "glacial erratic" boulder known as Dighton Rock once rested on the shore of the TauntonRiver adjacent to this park. Covered with petroglyphs, carved designs of ancient and uncertain origin, the rock is now installed in a small museum. The looping trails of this park travel through the densely wooded acreage. There is a lovely view of the TauntonRiver and the shoreline of the neighboring town of Dighton.
