Burrage Pond WMA, Halifax
Description: Burrage Pond is comprised of many acres of open water, marsh, white cedar and former cranberry bogs. This habitat is home to many waterfowl, including Snowy Egrets and Wood Ducks. It's not unusual to spot Red wing Blackbirds, and Orioles while traversing the trails. These trails are flat, open and wide and easy to navigate. Senior hounds will find this trail to be a delight.
